Job summary

Coolibah Care Mandurah is seeking a compassionate aged care worker to support residents at home and in our services, helping them maintain independence.

You will perform domestic duties, social support and transport, personal care, and assist with activities, with flexible hours and a central Mandurah location.

Applicants should have a Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Support, a valid Police Clearance, First Aid, a driver’s licence and be prepared for COVID and flu vaccinations.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of Certificate 3 in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) with at least 1 year experience.
• Passion for providing compassionate care and promoting independence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, patient and adaptable to meet diverse needs.
• Current Police Clearance (less than 12 months) and First Aid Certificate.
• Willingness to obtain required vaccinations (COVID and Flu).

What you need to be successful in this position:

• Reliability, patience, and adaptability to meet diverse needs.
• Full Driver's Licence and reliable registered vehicle.
• Current Police Clearance (less than 12months) and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• It is recommended that you will have 2 COVID Vaccinations and an up-to-date Flu vaccination
