St Carthages Community Care in NSW seeks a compassionate Community Care Worker to support clients in Lismore, Ballina, Casino and surrounding areas. You’ll provide personal care, social support, domestic help and transport in clients’ homes.

This casual role offers flexible hours, ongoing training, onboarding, and a supportive team culture. Applicants should have a Certificate III in IIS, a valid police check, first aid, and a current driver’s license.

• Police Check valid within 3 months.

What You’ll Need:

A genuine, caring nature and great communication skills.

A current driver’s licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle. A currentLR licence for driving a coaster minibus will be highly regarded.

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Nursing.

Valid Police Check (no older than 3months).

Valid First Aid.

Previous experience in community care, aged care, disability support, home care or a similar support role is highly desirable.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekdays, occasional weekend and public holidays, as required.
