St Carthages Community Care in NSW seeks a compassionate Community Care Worker to support clients in Lismore, Ballina, Casino and surrounding areas. You’ll provide personal care, social support, domestic help and transport in clients’ homes.

This casual role offers flexible hours, ongoing training, onboarding, and a supportive team culture. Applicants should have a Certificate III in IIS, a valid police check, first aid, and a current driver’s license.

Competenze

• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Nursing.
• Police Check valid within 3 months.
• First Aid certification.
• Current driver’s license and access to vehicle.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care, social support, domestic help, transport and community access.
• Assist with medication, meal prep and general wellbeing.
• Support clients to stay connected and live with dignity and independence.
