Uniting is seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Care in the Western Sydney area. You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients at home, assessing needs, forming and reviewing care plans, and coordinating with families and the care team to support independence and dignity.

Ideal candidates hold current AHPRA registration with nursing qualifications, experience in aged or community nursing, and a genuine commitment to person-centred practice.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and a nursing qualification.
• Experience in aged care or community nursing or broader health-sector nursing with interest in aged care.
• Commitment to contemporary, person-centred clinical practice.
• Driver licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess individual client needs and develop care plans.
• Deliver clinical interventions in home care settings.
• Monitor changes in health and respond appropriately to support safe care at home.
