Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate clinical care for residents with diverse and complex needs in a residential aged care setting. You will work with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team to support quality of life and timely clinical escalation.

The role requires current AHPRA nursing registration, a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance, and strong communication skills.

Formación

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Bachelor of Nursing or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles, safe resident care and clinical escalation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents and develop, implement and review individual care plans.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Recognise and escalate resident deterioration, incidents and near misses.
• Apply infection prevention and control practices, including outbreak precautions.
• Support care team members to deliver safe, person-centred care.
