Job summary
Calvary Home Care in Adelaide, SA is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver quality community nursing services. You will assess and plan care with a multidisciplinary team, provide clinical support to clients, and collaborate with support workers to ensure exceptional home-based care.

Qualifications
- AHPRA Registration and First Aid Certificate are required.
- Graduate Nurses are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential.
- Initiative and the desire to continually improve client care.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and achieve goals within set timeframes.
- Understanding of community nursing – Support at Home and related programs will be favourably viewed.
- Desire to join a mission-based organisation.
- Evidence of immunisations may be required.
