Job summary

The University of Adelaide is seeking a Communications and Events Project Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of CU Australasia and Africa communications and marketing activities. You will connect with stakeholders, partners and learning destinations to promote opportunities and growth.

Working across South Australia and with national partners, you will oversee online platforms, plan graduation ceremonies, develop marketing materials and track data to support reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and implementing effective communication and marketing strategies across digital and print platforms.
• Experience developing, coordinating and managing events, with strong organisational and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels.
• Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret data, prepare reports and provide informed advice.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the communications and marketing activities for Children’s University Australasia and Africa (IO).
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, learners, partners and communities across Australia and internationally.
• Oversee online platforms, graduation ceremonies, and development of marketing materials.
• Analyse data to support planning, reporting and growth of CU engagement.
