Our team members around the world create amazing experiences for our guests, residents, and partners through a commitment to luxury with genuine heart. We know that the best way to enable our people to deliver these exceptional guest experiences is through a world-class employee experience and company culture. At Four Seasons, we believe in recognizing a familiar face, welcoming a new one and treating everyone we meet the way we would want to be treated ourselves. Whether you work with us, stay with us, live with us or discover with us, we believe our purpose is to create impressions that will stay with you for a lifetime. It comes from our belief that life is richer when we truly connect to the people and the world around us.

  • Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, dining venues, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate guest requests, including wake-up calls, amenities, transportation arrangements, and special service requirements.
  • Monitor and manage emergency communication procedures in accordance with hotel policies and standards.
  • Support the Front Office team in delivering personalised and memorable guest experiences.
  • Handle all interactions with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, reflecting Four Seasons service standards.
What You Will Bring:
  • A warm, engaging communication style and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to anticipate guest needs before they are expressed.
  • A commitment to delivering personalised experiences and creating meaningful guest connections.
  • The ability to remain calm, organised, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in a Hotel Operator, Guest Services, Front Office, or hospitality role is preferred.
