Job summary

Century 21 Blacktown is expanding and seeking motivated individuals to join our ambitious team. We are currently looking for Commission-Only Sales Agents to work closely with our Licensee in Charge, Stavros, to build a strong foundation in real estate.

To succeed, you must have a valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, be available on Saturdays, hold a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Available to work Saturdays, with a day off provided during the week.
• Have a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Be motivated, organised and eager to learn.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the coordination and management of sales campaigns from listing through to settlement.
• Conducting buyer and vendor follow-ups.
• Assisting with and hosting open homes and private inspections.
• Prospecting, database management and lead follow-up.
• Assisting with marketing campaigns and prospecting activities.
• Supporting auctions and negotiations.
• Managing general sales administration and diary coordination.
• Organising property viewings and delivering personalised service tailored to client needs.
