Kid Kyoto in Sydney’s CBD is seeking a committed commis / CDP / junior sous to join our high-energy kitchen. You will work with the Head Chef and senior team to deliver exceptional dining experiences, across hot and cold stations, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar, quality restaurant environment.
• Strong culinary and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, reliable and strong work ethics.

• Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards and consistency.
• Adherence to NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations; maintain clean and organised stations.

We are seeking a talented and reliable

The Role

This is a Full time position, with flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

You will work closely with our Head Chef and senior team members to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute food preparation, cooking, and presentation with high standards & consistency.
  
• Adherence to all NSW Food Safety and WHS regulations, with strong focus on maintaining a clean & organised work stations.
• Working on various stations (hot, cold, and grill) as required.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, professional kitchen culture.
