RACV City Club in Melbourne seeks a passionate Commis Chef for our Banquets Kitchen. You will produce high quality dishes, maintain hygiene and assist senior chefs in a fast-paced, 4-5 star hotel‑style environment.

Flexible to work a 7‑day rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays; relevant Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery is essential; prior banquet/kitchen experience is preferred.
