RACV City Club in Melbourne’s CBD seeks a passionate Commis Chef to join the Banquets Kitchen. You will work with high-quality produce to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Completed a vocationally accredited Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery.
• Previous experience in a 4-5 star hotel/resort kitchen is essential.
• Knife, food preparation and cookery skills demonstrated across conference, events, larder, grill, buffet and short order.

Responsibilities

• Produce a consistent high quality product and standard.
• Maintain equipment, utensils and a clean and hygienic kitchen.
• Rotate stock, ensuring minimal wastage.
• Work well in a team and follow directions from senior chefs.
• Follow WHS, policies and procedures.
