Job summary

Delaware North Australia & New Zealand at Adelaide Airport is seeking casual Commis Chefs to join a fast-paced team. You will work with senior chefs, prepare high-quality dishes in a high-volume kitchen, follow recipes, and uphold food safety and presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef.
• Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
• Solid background in kitchen operations.

• Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costs.
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.

Responsibilities
