Delaware North Australia is hiring casual Commis Chefs to join our fast‑paced team at Adelaide Airport. You will work with senior chefs, prepare high‑quality dishes, follow set recipes and food safety guidelines in a high-volume kitchen.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commis Chef.
• Minimum Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Cookery.
• Solid background in kitchen operations.

• Demonstrated track record meeting financial targets for food and labor costs.
• Ability to work a 7‑day rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dishes in a high-volume production setting.
• Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards.
• Execute food preparation tasks with a focus on presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
