Job summary

Fusion Point Manly is hiring for a part-time kitchen role in Manly. You’ll prepare and cook dishes to spec, assist senior chefs, and maintain a clean station while following food safety standards.

You will work with a supportive team in a busy service environment, receive constructive training, and contribute ideas to menu improvements as you grow your culinary skills in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Foundational culinary knowledge or formal training.
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Physical stamina to work on your feet during busy shifts.
• Strong communication and a collaborative attitude with kitchen staff.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Experience in a professional kitchen is ideal but not essential if you're keen to learn.
