Job summary

Etex Group, a leader in building materials, is seeking a Commercial & Technical Solutions Manager in Australia. This role blends technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver practical solutions for complex construction projects.

You will advise on Siniat systems, inspect sites, prepare reports and drive system adoption across the region. You will engage with builders, contractors, architects and engineers, delivering training and building lasting relationships while supporting business

Qualifications

• Experience within construction, building materials, engineering or technical building systems.
• Strong knowledge of walling, ceiling, fire-rated, acoustic or lightweight construction systems.
• The ability to provide practical solutions to complex technical and installation challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice on Siniat products, systems and installation requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, technical investigations and compliance assessments.
• Prepare professional technical reports, recommendations and rectification strategies.
• Support projects involving fire-rated systems, acoustic performance, wall and ceiling systems and steel framing solutions.
• Assist customers in interpreting technical documentation, tested systems and installation requirements.
• Deliver training and technical education to customers and project stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with key contractors, builders, consultants and industry stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Commercial awareness with the ability to support project outcomes and business growth
• Experience working with builders, contractors, engineers, architects or consultants will be highly regarded
