Job summary

Arbex in Australia is seeking a Commercial Systems & Analytics Specialist to drive TPM reporting and Power BI dashboards for Family Care and Professional in ANZ. You will partner with Sales, Finance and Demand Planning to turn business questions into actionable insights while ensuring data governance and system optimisation.

The role offers hybrid work, exposure to TPM platforms like Promax and Visual Fabrique, and opportunities to grow within a purpose-driven tissue and hygiene business.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in commercial systems, analytics or related field.
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical problem-solving capability.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support TPM systems adoption and reporting across Family Care and Professional in ANZ.
• Act as TPM SME with governance, training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting for commercial decisions.
• Deliver analysis on trade spend, ROI, pricing, margins and sales performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Category and Demand Planning to translate questions into insights.
• Ensure data integrity, reporting governance and process improvements.

About You

In this highly visible role, you'll combine commercial systems expertise, Power BI reporting, and business analytics to support decision making across the Family Care and Professional businesses in Australia and New Zealand. You'll play a key role in supporting Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems, driving reporting capability, and delivering commercial insights that influence business performance.

This position offers broad exposure to commercial planning, trade spend management, reporting, analytics, and cross-functional business partnering, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within commercial systems and analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the utilisation, optimisation and ongoing development of TPM systems for the Family Care business, including the transition from Promax to Visual Fabrique
• Act as the TPM subject matter expert, providing user support, governance, training and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting that support commercial decision making across Family Care and Professional
• Deliver commercial analysis across trade spend effectiveness, ROI, pricing, margin and sales performance, helping identify business risks and opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Category and Demand Planning teams to translate business questions into actionable insights and reporting solutions
• Support data integrity, reporting governance and process improvements that strengthen commercial planning and business performance

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Required Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline
• Experience in commercial systems, business systems, commercial analytics or a related field
• Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical problem-solving capability
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems such as Promax, Visual Fabrique or similar platforms
• SAP experience
• FMCG, consumer goods, retail, sales operations or commercial analytics experience
• Experience supporting data quality, governance and continuous improvement initiatives
