Job summary

Sandvik Mining in Milton, Brisbane is seeking a Commercial Specialist to drive commercial strategy across Parts & Services. You will provide expert commercial advice, build financial models, develop pricing structures and lead responses to major tenders to enable profitable growth.

Collaborating with Sales, Portfolio Management, Service Operations and Finance, you’ll craft customer-focused solutions, support lifecycle aftermarket offerings and ensure governance and compliance with Sandvik

Qualifications

Experience in commercial, pricing, tender management or similar role.
Strong financial modelling and business-case development skills.
Experience supporting complex commercial opportunities and customer agreements.

Responsibilities

Develop commercial frameworks that support profitable growth and value-based selling.
Provide commercial leadership for major tenders, including pricing, risk assessment and approvals.
Support development and review of framework agreements and customer contracts.
Develop financial models, business cases and profitability analyses for strategic opportunities.
Validate assumptions, pricing methodologies, costs and margins.
Partner with Sales to support qualification, negotiations and deal development.
Coach to improve commercial capability across the business.
Identify and manage commercial, contractual and financial risks.
