Job summary

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Parts and Service Sales Representative in Brisbane, QLD. The role focuses on aftermarket sales growth across a defined customer portfolio, supporting Global Business products including Fire Suppression Systems and Mobile Refuelling Solutions.

The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver value-added services that improve equipment performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in equipment aftermarket parts sales or related technical sales environment.
• CRM systems experience and managing sales opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the year.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities within an established customer base.
• Drive growth across parts, service, support, and other aftermarket offerings for Global Business products.
• Conduct fleet gap analyses to identify opportunities for increased customer value and sales growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer decision-makers and operational stakeholders.
• Develop tailored service agreements and customised solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Act as liaison between customers and Sandvik teams to resolve aftermarket issues.
• Provide regular updates on customer activity, opportunities, and sales performance.
• Support new product and service initiatives through customer and market feedback.
• Assist customers in identifying training opportunities and operational improvements.
• Undertake strategic stock planning and forecasting to meet customer demand.
• Achieve agreed sales and business development targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Champion Sandvik's safety, quality, and compliance commitments.
