Crystal Pools, an Australian-owned company with 70 years in operation, seeks a hands-on pool technician to commission and service commercial swimming pools. You will join a team focused on elite filtration systems for aquatic centres, hotels, and high-rise facilities, supported by a fully maintained vehicle and company phone.

Role requires 2+ years in pool commissioning/servicing, plumbing experience, and compliance with safety standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years pool commissioning and servicing experience
• Plumbing experience required
• Valid White Card
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Previous experience with commercial pool filtration is an advantage
• Mechanical aptitude and safety conscious with attention to quality

Crystal Pools is an Australian owned company that has been in operation for 70 years. We build, install and maintain elite filtration systems for a vast range of clients and projects – including luxury high-rise buildings to world class sports and large aquatic centres.

About the role

You will be part of a team involved in the commissioning and servicing of commercial swimming pools ranging from large aquatic centres and sports training facilities to luxury pools in hotels and high-rise apartment buildings. This role has become available due to the continued growth of our niche plumbing and filtration division.

The role comes with a fully maintained vehicle and phone.

About you

• Minimum of 2 years pool commissioning and servicing experience
• Plumbing experience required
• Valid White Card
• Valid Driver's Licence
• Previous experience with commercial pool filtration is an advantage
• Mechanical aptitude is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with subcontractors, colleagues and clients
• Organised and structured to ensure the project program and delivery is always top of mind
• Keen eye for detail and quality driven
• Safety conscious with the intention of zero harm
• Enthusiastic, reliable, hard-working and dedicated to completing the job on time improving customer service
• Physically fit and in good health
• Flexibility around working hours as weekend work and travel may be required
• Open and eager to learn about what we do and how we do it in order to progress personally and professionally
