Qualifications

• Around 10 years PQE, Senior Associate or Special Counsel level.
• Broad commercial and corporate advisory experience (contracts, business sales and purchases, structuring).
• Experience acting for SME and private business clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships.
• Full working rights in Australia and a current practising certificate.
