You will run complex matters with limited supervision, provide senior support on estate administration, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to growing a specialist practice within a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in trusts and estates litigation.
• Ability to run complex matters with limited supervision.
• Interest in growing a specialist practice.
• Accreditation as a Wills and Estates specialist is favoured but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Running trusts and estates litigation matters.
• Providing advice on trusts and estates matters.
• Supporting the firm's independent administrator and trustee practice.
• Providing senior support on complex estate administration matters.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
