Atlantic Plumbing Services, based in Greater Sydney, is seeking experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumbers who are organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. The role covers reactive and preventative maintenance, fault-finding, installations, and repairs across commercial and industrial environments.

You will work with modern equipment, including jetters and CCTV drain cameras, and will support apprentices while representing the brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Maintenance Plumber or strong domestic maintenance to commercial transition.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Current NSW Manual Driver's Licence & White Card.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults in commercial environments.
• Install, repair, and maintain water treatment systems, hot water units, fixtures, and piping.
• Operate jetters and CCTV drain cameras.
• Prepare clear job notes, reports, and supply requests using field apps.
• Support apprentices and contribute to a positive team culture.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Commercial Maintenance Plumbers based in Greater Sydney who are organised, self-motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.

You'll perform both reactive and preventative maintenance, fault-finding, installations, and repairs, all while representing our brand with professionalism.

What You'll be Doing

Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults in commercial environments.

Installing, repairing, and maintaining water treatment systems, hot water units, fixtures, and sanitary/water piping.

Operating specialised equipment, including jetters and CCTV drain cameras.

Preparing clear job notes, reports, and supply requests using field-based apps.

Supporting apprentices and contributing to a positive team culture.

Skills & Requirements

Fully qualified Maintenance Plumber (or strong domestic maintenance plumbing experience transitioning into commercial).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
