Superior People Recruitment is seeking a driven commercial property professional to manage and grow a sales and leasing portfolio in Melbourne. You will work with high-quality clients and enjoy strong commission-based rewards in a supportive, high-performance environment.

The role requires 2–5+ years in commercial real estate, a Victorian Real Estate Licence or Certificate, and proven ability to generate new business, negotiate, and close deals.

• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and self-managed.
• Professional presentation with a client-focused approach.
• Victorian Real Estate Licence or Certificate (essential).

Responsabilidades

• Source and secure new commercial sales and leasing listings.
• Prospect, negotiate, and close commercial property transactions.
• Conduct property inspections, presentations, and client meetings.
• Manage the full sales and leasing lifecycle from appraisal to settlement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, buyers, and tenants.
• Prepare market appraisals, proposals, contracts, and sales documentation.
