Job summary

Colliers on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Sunshine Coast Commercial Management team in Maroochydore. The role will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of a portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial assets.

The successful candidate will have experience in commercial asset management, strong communication skills, and a current Real Estate License.

Qualifications

• Experience in the management of commercial assets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice.
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Current Real Estate License.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and collaborate between internal and external teams to assist in the delivery of excellent service to Landlords and Tenants.
• Work up to, and maintain a management portfolio of approximately 130 tenants.
• Directly manage assets for key clients, maintaining high levels of service and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed client reports and presentations, providing clients with important information they require to make ownership decisions.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join our growing Sunshine Coast Commercial Management team. This position, located in Maroochydore, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities In This Role Will Include

• Communicate and collaborate between internal and external teams to assist in the delivery of excellent service to Landlords and Tenants.
• Work up to, and maintain a management portfolio of approximately 130 tenants.
• Directly manage assets for key clients, maintaining high levels of service and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed client reports and presentations, providing clients with important information they require to make ownership decisions.
• Follow the operating procedures of the Organisation.
• Maintain an understanding of all relevant laws, regulations and best practices effecting the management of commercial and retail assets.
• Maintain an understanding and competence of all software and tools utilised by the organisation and assist other team members in developing their understanding.

Qualifications
