seek.com.au is seeking an experienced Property Manager - Commercial Office to oversee the operational and financial performance of the commercial office buildings.

Working closely with ownership, asset management, tenants, property managers, facilities managers, and service providers, you will drive asset performance, ensure operational excellence, enhance tenant satisfaction, and protect long-term value of the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial property management, preferably office assets.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, facilities management, and lease administration.
• Experience with budgets, financial reporting, and service contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including tenants, service providers, and ownership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee property and facilities management, including maintenance programs and contractor management.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and outgoings reconciliations; monitor income and expenditure.
• Manage tenant onboarding, relocations, fit-outs, and lease compliance.
• Deliver timely financial and operations reporting to ownership.
