Qualifikationen

• Formal qualification in commercial management, engineering, law, or business.
• 5–10 years in contract negotiation/drafting for large infra projects.
• Experience in electricity development, wind energy or BESS.
• Experience negotiating EPC, WTG, BESS contracts or LTSA.
• Strong understanding of Australian electricity market and regulation.
• Proven project management capabilities and risk awareness.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Fluent written/spoken English; Mandarin a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead commercial negotiations and drafting for WTG, BESS, EPC and LTSA.
• Support bid prep, tender reviews, negotiations and deal finalisation.
• Review terms and negotiate Heads of Agreement and prelims.
• Identify, assess and escalate commercial and project risks.
• Coordinate with technical, finance and project delivery teams.
• Ensure pricing and risk allocation align with delivery capabilities.
• Oversee contract management and project lifecycle controls.
• Provide commercial updates to Envision Energy management.
• Apply lessons learned from previous OEM/developer projects in AU.
