NSW Department of Customer Service seeks a Commercial Manager to lead strategic procurement, commercial and contract management across NSW Telco Authority. This role is responsible for leading complex, high-value procurement and commercial activities, managing supplier relationships and contract performance, and providing expert commercial advice that enables sound decision-making and strong business outcomes.
This role sits within the Commercial Operations team in NSW Telco Authority. The Commercial Operations team provides strategic procurement, commercial and contract management support across the organisation. The team partners with business areas to deliver complex sourcing activities, manage supplier and contractual risks, strengthen governance and achieve value-for-money outcomes that support critical telecommunications services across NSW.

NSW Telco Authority (NSWTA) operates and manages the Public Safety Network to deliver radio communications for frontline responders.
We work with emergency services and telecommunications carriers to protect communications assets during emergencies and natural disasters.
NSWTA is a delivery agency with responsibility for over $1.5 billion in key NSW Government projects that connect communities and support emergency services.
We lead and coordinate whole-of-government connectivity strategy to bridge the digital divide and help keep people and places safe.
