Job summary

Are Media is seeking a commercially minded Management Accountant to join our Finance team, owning the full P&L of the Affiliate business and partnering with Advertising, Subscriptions, Memberships and Direct Marketing to drive performance.

Reporting to the Finance Business Manager, you’ll manage month‑end, budgeting and forecasting, deliver timely reporting, and translate financial data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and CA/CPA qualification.
• 3+ years in management accounting or similar finance role.
• Strong Excel, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end reporting across allocated revenue streams and cost centres.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and financial planning.
• Provide profitability analysis and commercial insights for decisions.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and support billing controls.
