Frog Recruitment is partnering with a well regarded national law firm to recruit an experienced Legal Assistant for the Sydney CBD Commercial team. You will support three Partners across different practice areas, delivering high level administrative and legal support in a fast paced environment.

Based in Sydney, the role is primarily office based to promote collaboration, with flexibility available when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary within a law firm.
• Experience across any commercial practice area is acceptable.
• Strong billing and invoicing experience and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Diary and inbox management for Partners.
• Preparation, formatting and amending of legal documents and correspondence.
• Monthly billing and management of client invoicing processes.
• Matter opening and file management.
• Coordinating meetings, travel and client communications.
• Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.
• General administrative support to assist with the efficient operation of the practice.
