You will support partners and fee earners on complex, high-profile matters within a high-performing litigation team, delivering meticulous administrative support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary or similar role.
• Strong litigation experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Strong time management and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level support to partners and fee earners.
• Manage complex diary and inboxes.
• Draft correspondence and prepare legal documents.
• Oversee client matter opening, maintenance, archiving and document management.
• Process expenses and third party invoices.
• Support billing teams with financial processes.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally.
• Maintain client relationship management systems.
• Assist with client events, seminars and business development.
• Mentor junior legal support staff.
• Provide general administrative support including filing and document production.
