Job summary

WMW Lawyers is a boutique Sydney practice seeking a commercially minded Commercial Lawyer to join our team. The role focuses on practical, client-first advice and strong drafting across a broad range of commercial matters for SME and private clients.

You will work closely with business clients on governance, asset and share transactions, loan and security documentation, leases, trusts, and general advisory work. Autonomy with appropriate support is offered in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practise in NSW (or eligible) and able to hold the relevant practising certificate.
• Strong drafting and attention to detail.
• Sound commercial judgment and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• Clear and responsive communication with clients and counterparties.
• Ability to manage matters with appropriate autonomy (with support as needed).
