Job summary

Zylo in Sydney is seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic team. You will support our commercial contracts lawyers on a range of matters for Australian and international clients, conducting legal research and preparing documents.

The role requires at least 1 year of full‑time Paralegal experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with legal research databases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time experience as a Paralegal.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and software.
• Bachelor's degree in law or paralegal studies preferred.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Document review and preparation
• Contract negotiation
• Working directly with clients and in-house legal teams to progress legal projects
• Developing AI prompts and playbooks
• Working under close supervision of experienced senior lawyers
