LegalVision in Sydney is seeking motivated paralegals to work with our commercial contracts lawyers on a range of legal projects for Australian and international businesses.

The role involves document review, contract negotiation, client and in-house team coordination, and developing AI prompts and playbooks under supervision of seniors; open to career paralegals and final-year university students.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Paralegal or administrative assistant in a busy environment.
• Available to work full-time in our Surry Hills office.
• Full work rights in Australia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Highly efficient, organised, and tech savvy.
• Cool and calm under pressure.
• Strong commercial acumen.

The Opportunity

To support our ongoing growth, we are recruiting a team of motivated paralegals to work closely with our commercial contracts lawyers on a range of legal projects for a growing number of Australian and international businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Document review and preparation
• Contract negotiation
• Working directly with clients and in-house legal teams to progress legal projects
• Developing AI prompts and playbooks
• Working under close supervision of experienced senior lawyers

This is an excellent opportunity to work on real legal projects, and develop the skills needed to be a commercial contracts lawyer if that’s your goal. Prior experience in commercial matters will be highly valued but is not essential.

We welcome applications from career paralegals as well as university students with at least twelve months of their studies remaining who are available to work full-time year-round.
