Job summary

LegalVision seeks a capable Paralegal to join our busy team in Surry Hills, Sydney. You will support commercial contracts lawyers on a range of Australian and international client projects and develop AI prompts and playbooks under senior supervision.

We welcome both career paralegals and university students with at least 12 months of studies remaining, offering full-time year-round work and opportunities to grow into a commercial contracts lawyer path.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Paralegal or administrative assistant in a busy environment.
• Available to work full-time in our Surry Hills office.

The Opportunity

To support our ongoing growth, we are recruiting a team of motivated paralegals to work closely with our commercial contracts lawyers on a range of legal projects for a growing number of Australian and international businesses.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Document review and preparation
• Contract negotiation
• Working directly with clients and in-house legal teams to progress legal projects
• Developing AI prompts and playbooks
• Working under close supervision of experienced senior lawyers

This is an excellent opportunity to work on real legal projects, and develop the skills needed to be a commercial contracts lawyer if that’s your goal. Prior experience in commercial matters will be highly valued but is not essential.

We welcome applications from career paralegals as well as university students with at least twelve months of their studies remaining who are available to work full-time year-round.
