Job summary

Insignia in Brisbane seeks a Finance Business Partner to drive performance across Commercial & Manufacturing. You will partner with Sales, Operations and Production to translate financial data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions.

The role requires CPA/CA with 5+ years in FP&A or finance business partnering, strong Excel modelling, and manufacturing costing experience. We offer flexible working, onsite parking, and a supportive wellbeing program.

Qualifications

CPA/CA qualified with a relevant degree and at least 5 years in commercial finance, FP&A or finance business partnering.
Strong financial modelling, analytical capability and advanced Excel skills.
Manufacturing costing and inventory experience desirable; MS Dynamics BC advantageous.
Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for pricing, projects and operations.
Well organized, proactive and capable of managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sales, Operations and Production to drive business performance and decision‑making.
Prepare monthly management reports, financial analysis and variance reporting.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
Manage product costing, inventory analysis and profitability reporting.
Analyse manufacturing costs and identify opportunities to improve margins and cost efficiency.
Provide financial insights to support pricing, projects and operational decisions.
Improve financial reporting processes, systems and controls.
