Job summary

Harmony is constructing the Eva Copper Mine in Queensland and seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the site’s finance, governance and commercial systems. You will drive budgeting, reporting, procurement and contract administration to support safe, sustainable operations.

The role requires leadership of a high-performing team, strong governance practices and collaboration with Harmony Australasia to ensure robust financial controls across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Establish site commercial, finance and reporting systems for readiness and long-term performance.
• Develop budgeting, forecasting, cost control and reporting frameworks.
• Provide commercial input into risk assessments, governance, and project decisions.
• Lead procurement, contract administration and expenditure approval processes.
• Mentor and develop the commercial and finance team.
