Today and tomorrow, we’ll make sure our customers are ready for the moments that matter.**Role Description**We are seeking a **Commercial Contract Manager** to join our Legal, Contracts and Commercial Team, **based in Homebush, NSW or Brisbane, QLD.**The role is responsible for the Contract Management, Governance and Control processes, including configuration management of the Contract and related Contract Data and Requirements List (CDRL) items, are complied with.The Commercial Contract Manager is a key person for the Customers contracts team and is the first to address and resolve contractual issues including disputes, interpretation, flow-down requirements to subcontractors, identifying and mitigating commercial risks, meeting contractual requirements and the management of formal correspondence.The Commercial Contracts Manager is also responsible for development of Contract Change Proposals and ensuring Quotations are generated in accordance with the Contract.
