Job summary

Eight Recruitment is seeking a site-based Contracts Administrator for a growing private commercial builder in NSW. You will work alongside the Project Manager and site team, owning the commercial and contractual details to keep projects running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have around 5+ years’ CA experience in commercial construction, with strong subcontract administration, procurement, and cost reporting capabilities. A Construction Management or related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Contracts Administrator in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage subcontract administration, procurement, variations, and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontract and head contract administration.
• Develop scopes and run subcontract procurement; call, assess and compare tenders.
• Prepare and issue subcontract documentation; manage variations and claims.
• Support cost reporting, budgets and forecasting; maintain procurement schedules and registers.
