Job summary

Strike Force Services is seeking a casual cleaner for mine-site facilities in Singleton NSW. The role offers potential progression to permanent part‑time or full‑time based on performance and business needs. Shifts vary across days, with AM/PM options and flexible start times.

Based at multiple mine sites in Singleton area, the job requires physical stamina, a current driver’s licence, and commitment to safety and quality. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Cleaning and labour experience preferred but not required.
• Must meet physical demands of a labour‑intensive role.
• Must have current driver’s licence and own transport.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Understanding of Work, Health & Safety (WH&S).
• Must pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial cleaning of facilities at mine sites and offices.
• Attend rostered shifts with flexibility in start times.
• Comply with WHS policies and site rules.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete tasks as directed.

The Role

• The role is based at various mine sites in the Singleton NSW area.
• The role is casual to commence with the opportunity to move to permanent part-time or full-time position for the right person.
• The role entails commercial cleaning of facilities as directed (includes but not limited to, administration buildings, offices, crib rooms, amenities, bathhouses)
• The shifts are varied from Monday - Sunday and AM and PM shifts are available.
• There is possible flexibility with start and finish times. We will work with you and your lifestyle!
• You will demonstrate commitment to the position, pride in your work, reliability as well be able to follow instructions and complete the tasks issued.

Your Skills and Experience

• Cleaning/Labouring experience is desirable but not essential.
• Be able to meet the physical demands of a labour-intensive role.
• Current drivers licence and own transport is essential.
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Understanding of Work, Health & Safety
• Be able to complete and pass a full medical including drug and alcohol testing. We have a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol and testing is ongoing during employment.
