Job summary

Strike Force Services is seeking an experienced Client Service Supervisor to lead site-based teams across NSW and QLD. You will coach staff, promote safety, and drive performance while maintaining stock and coordinating rosters.

Reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager, you will champion safe work practices and support onboarding, recruitment and workforce planning across multiple locations in a hands-on supervisory role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations.
• Experience in cleaning, industrial services, facilities management or similar environments.
• Mine site experience is highly regarded.

Strike Forces Services is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our growing operations team!

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring employees, promoting a positive safety culture and helping drive high standards of performance across multiple locations. Reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in building capable, engaged and successful teams.

For internal purposes, this role is referred to as a Client Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support site-based teams.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of equipment, consumables and PPE across allocated sites.
• Facilitate toolbox talks and daily pre-start meetings.
• Identify and coordinate training and development opportunities for employees.
• Support onboarding, recruitment and workforce planning activities.
• Conduct regular site visits, safety observations and workplace inspections.
• Coordinate rosters, timesheets and workforce administration.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance, processes and operational efficiency.

About You

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
