- Analytics and insight: Support performance monitoring and benefits measurement, and contribute to dashboards or reports that enable data‑driven decisions.

Translate complex data issues into clear impacts, options, and recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders. Support business readiness by helping stakeholders understand changes to data, definitions, and availability, because of migration.
- Governance, standards and continuous improvement: Maintain data quality and governance, meeting privacy, security and other requirements. Provide clear data advice, insights and improvements to business and technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration & agile delivery: Partner with program, product and engineering leads to shape requirements and delivery priorities.
