The Touring Co-ordinator supports tour producers by coordinating ticketing, logistics, marketing and event delivery to ensure smooth operations across multiple shows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in live events or similar administrative role.
• Knowledge of live events, especially comedy and production basics.
• Experience with event ticketing and online marketing.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing: Set up ticketing with venues and manage inventory of sales, holds and guest-lists.
• Logistics: Book and manage accommodation, flights and ground transport for tours, including itinerary management.
• Marketing: Set up and monitor social media campaigns and book various marketing initiatives.
• Event Delivery: Assist with on-ground event delivery and show running for Century’s comedy nights and festival tours.
