AUTOrecruit is seeking a high-calibre Repair Centre Manager to lead multiple collision repair sites across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. This role focuses on people, productivity, quality and customer outcomes, with accountability for site performance.

Ideal candidates will have leadership in collision repair or automotive environments, with proven ability to improve operational results, manage budgets and achieve KPIs.

Competenze

• Leadership experience in collision repair, automotive or related industry and commercial awareness to run a busy operation.
• Previous roles: Repair Centre Manager, Bodyshop Manager, Site Manager or similar.
• Strong leadership and people-management capability.
• Solid knowledge of collision repair operations and workflow.
• Commercial acumen with budgets, profitability and KPIs.
• Track record of improving operational performance.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach, develop and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety and customer outcomes.
