Qualifications

• Experience as Production Manager or similar in collision repair workshop
• Strong collision repair industry knowledge
• Excellent workflow planning and organisational skills
• Ability to lead and motivate tradespeople
• Solid understanding of productivity and workshop KPIs
• Practical, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills
• High standards around quality and safety
• Ability to perform in a busy, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily workshop production
• Allocate work across technicians and trades
• Monitor jobs to ensure repair timelines are met
• Identify bottlenecks and keep workflow moving
• Manage productivity, efficiency and workshop performance
• Collaborate with estimators, parts, customer service and site management
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards
