Job summary

St Kevin's College, a leading Catholic boys' school, is seeking a qualified Gardener to join the Grounds team at the Heyington Campus. The role covers oval, garden and grounds maintenance across campuses, with cricket wicket preparation and event setup responsibilities.

The position is full-time, commencing late November, with hours 6:45am to 3:15pm and one rostered day off per month. A Certificate 3 in Horticulture and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Horticulture is essential.
• Experience as a Gardener in a School or similar environment.
• Experience using garden maintenance equipment.
• Driver's license is essential.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and present college ovals, gardens and grounds.
• Assist with setup of sports ovals and cricket wickets.
• Work as part of the Grounds team.
• Based at Heyington Campus, hours 6:45am-3:15pm with 1 RDO per month.
