Job summary

St Kevin’s College Toorak is seeking a qualified and experienced Gardener to join the Grounds team on a full-time ongoing basis. Based at the Heyington Campus, you will assist with the preparation, maintenance and presentation of the College ovals, gardens and grounds across all campuses.

The role requires a Certificate 3 in Horticulture, a valid driver’s licence and a background in school environments. You will work 6:45 am–3:15 pm with one RDO per month and contribute to cricket wicket

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Horticulture
• Experience as a Gardener in a School or similar environment
• Experience in the use of Garden maintenance equipment
• Driver’s licence
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the Grounds team with the preparation, maintenance and presentation of the College ovals, gardens and grounds across all campuses
• Based at the Heyington Campus, assist with setup of sports ovals and cricket wicket preparation
