Job summary

icare is seeking a Collections Support Officer to back the Collections team with essential administration, workflow coordination and record management in a NSW-based role. You will help ensure timely, compliant collection activities and support customers and stakeholders across multiple systems.

Work in a flexible, hybrid setup with colleagues in a collaborative environment. You will handle data entry, reporting accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high service

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, business support or operational coordination roles.
• Strong attention to detail with data and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to explain information clearly and work with customers and stakeholders.
• Proactive in organising priorities and supporting team outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection-related administrative activities and workflows.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
• Prepare correspondence and supporting documentation using templates.
• Perform data entry, reconciliation and quality checks for reporting.
• Support payment services activities and verification processes.
• Respond to routine inquiries and escalate complex matters.
• Monitor tasks and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Identify data gaps and improvement opportunities.
