Job summary

CG Recruitment is seeking experienced Cold Store Supervisors to join a leading warehousing and distribution operation in Brisbane. You will lead a cold storage team, drive safety, productivity and KPI achievement while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

These are multiple positions across various shifts, offering long-term career progression in a stable, fast-paced cold storage environment. LF forklift certified candidates with WMS experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Cold store supervisory experience is required.
• Experience leading teams in cold storage or temperature-controlled warehouse environments is preferred.
• Forklift Licence (LF) required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is beneficial.

Cold Store Supervisor

Multiple Positions Available

CG Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Cold Store Supervisors to join a leading warehousing and distribution operation. We have four opportunities available across various shifts within a fast paced cold storage environment.

This is an outstanding opportunity for proven leaders with previous cold store supervisory experience who are looking to secure a long term career with a business that genuinely values its people.

About the Role

As a Cold Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading warehouse operations within a temperature controlled environment, ensuring daily operational targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, productivity, quality and team performance.

You will provide hands on leadership, support and direction to your team while driving a positive workplace culture and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and supervise warehouse team members
• Manage daily warehouse operations within a cold storage environment
• Coordinate labour allocation and workflow activities

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cold Store Supervisor
• Demonstrated supervisory experience within a cold storage or temperature controlled warehouse environment
• Forklift Licence (LF)
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, receiving and dispatch processes
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving abilities
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Previous experience within FMCG, food manufacturing or food distribution environments
• Strong administration and reporting capabilities
• Ability to work across a variety of shifts
