Labourforce is seeking AM Freezer Voice Pickers for a Global Cold Storage Warehouse in Laverton North, VIC. You will operate voice-picking systems and drive Electric Tuggers in a -22°C freezer.

Attendance on the roster is mandatory, with training starting at 6:00 AM for the first week. This role requires reliable transportation, punctuality, and willingness to undergo medical examination as part of Labourforce’s entry process.

Qualifications

Job description

One of our Global Cold Storage Warehouses are seeking AMFreezer Voice Pickers to join their team in Laverton North.

In this position you will be required to work one of the following rosters:

NIGHT SHIFT - 10PM-5AM Mon-Fri Roster
MORNING SHIFT - 6AM-1:30PMThu-Mon Roster

All training during the first week will commence at 6:00 AM regardless of what shift you choose. Please make sure you are available and able to start at 6:00 AM each day for the full week of training.

To be suitable for the role you must:

• Have your own reliable transportation
• MUST HAVE experience Voice picking and driving Electric Tuggers
• Be able to attend your required roster every week
• Be reliable and PUNCTUALITY is a MUST!
• Be able to sit through and be successful in a medical examination through Labourforce
• Be able to work in a FREEZER environment (as cold as -22 degrees). THIS IS A MUST.
